The Charity was registered on 8 March 2000 with the objective of preserving & conserving the plot of land donated by Harriet Elizabeth & Emily Priscilla Wright to the Parish Council of Frodsham Lordship and the approach to it The plot is a part of the site of the Memorial in Memory of the Men of Frodsham who gave their lives in the First World war.
