The Charity was registered on 22 August 1975 with the objective of preserving & conserving pieces of land identified as recreation grounds for the benefit of the inhabitants of the ancient townships of Frodsham & Frodsham Lordship

The Trust covers the following:
• Crowmere Lake, and
• Top Road Playground
