Public Path Diversion Order 2009

An inquiry into the above Order will be held at 10.00 am on Thursday 3rd December 2009, at Plumley Village Hall, Plumley Moor Road, Plumley.

It is open to anyone who has made an objection or representation and anyone else with an interest in the Order to attend the Inquiry. It is noted that any one who has objected should either attend in person or send a representative, or if they are unwell and unable to attend on health grounds, to obtain a medical cert and let the Inspector have this. A request to Anyone who definitely would like to speak at this inquiry, must let the Inspector know by 13 October 2009.

The Parish Council would ask anyone who has interest in the diversion of this footpath from the original historic route to the new pathway avoiding the beautiful Holford Hall to attend this inquiry. More information is available from either the clerk or Councillor Neville Baker.
