AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN PLUMLEY
Sanctuary Housing Association are considering acquiring a parcel of land on Trouthall Lane for the development of affordable homes. Their proposal at present is for a scheme of around 12 units. Initial plans for illustration purposes were viewed at the consultation event on January 14th 2010 in Plumley Village Hall.
If the project comes to fruition; all the homes will be for rent at affordable rent levels; and will be subject to a Section 106 agreement imposed by the Council; which means that properties are let to local people or people with a local connection
Following the Public Consultation by Sanctuary Housing Association, Plumley with Toft and Bexton Parish Council need to know the Parishes view on this proposal. Therefore, a Public meeting has been called for Monday 25th January 2010 at Plumley Village Hall at 8pm where your views will be taken into consideration.
