Pott Shrigley is a small rural parish nestling in the foothills of the Peak District National Park in the eastern extremity of the county of Cheshire.

Thank you to everybody who took part in the 'Litterpick' and to all those people who regularly pick up litter from around the village.

Please try to attend the The Annual Village Assembly to be held on 12th May 2014 at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. Take the opportunity to raise those issues which concern you and discuss them with other residents.

It will be followed by the next  Parish Council Meeting at 8pm.

The Parish Council serves an electorate of around 210  parishioners under the Chairmanship of Cllr. Mike Wray.
